Sound quality without the "GameCom 780/788 7.1 Surround Sound" software is very low, and the volume is extremely loud even when turned down as low as possible. I actually bring a cheap alternative headset with me to LAN parties because otherwise I'm on the couch taking aspirin after a bit.ĭo not bother purchasing this headset unless you have an OS that supports the software and plan to use it.
